**About Us:**
Activate Health and Movement is a leading healthcare provider offering a range of funded and non-funded services allowing for a varied case load. We are also a certified workplace health assessor and pre-employment medical specialist.
**Position Overview:**
The successful applicants will play a key role in delivering high-quality services across various settings, including gym facilities, hospitals, GP clinics, aged care facilities, and mobile services in locations including Nowra, Vincentia, and Ulladulla within the Shoalhaven and surrounding areas.
**Requirements:**
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy and Appropriate Accreditation/Membership
- Medicare Provider number or eligibility to obtain one
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Professional Indemnity Insurance or ability to obtain
- Police Check and Working with Children Card or ability to obtain one
- Current Drives license and reliable transport
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
