ABOUT THE POSITION.
Develop construction work packages following Australian Standards. Assist the firm's growth by maintaining a high level of focus and work quality. Generate remediation reports and develop solutions using your extensive experience in the multi-residential space.
DUTIES.
- Produce high-quality remediation and construction documentation
- Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with consultants and contractors
- Supervise graduates and documenters
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- Revit competency with practical studio experience
- +10 years’ experience on multi-residential projects
- A drive for excellence and a passion for architecture
