Experienced Barista

Superior beans is on the lookout for an Experienced Barista. The cafe  is a uniquely  designed specialty coffee venue in barangaroo, offering a full and exciting specialty coffee menu. Coffee is front and center with two 3 group Kb90 as well as batch brew filter and loads of rotating single origins. Trading 5 days a week Monday to Friday, it’s a destination for office workers.

About the Role

We’re looking for passionate Baristas to join our team in delivering a premium coffee program and engaged customer experience. The right Baristas will be experienced and passionate, or willing to go through our training and learn, with a strong work ethic and focus to deliver the ultimate customer experience.

This Position Offers:

You will be perfect for this role if you have:

• A passion for specialty coffee and hospitality or willing to learn
• barista skills (latte art, dialling in, trouble-shooting etc.)
• A strong work ethic with a customer-focused attitude
• A positive and professional demeanor
• An excitement and ability to engage with customers about our coffee, menu, and brand.
• At least 6 months experience 
• must be available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
