We are seeking to appoint a Sales Specialist - Urology to join our NSW Medical Sales team. This role will see you manage and develop a territory across the NSW North region covering the Urology portfolios combining capital and consumable medical sales.
Reporting to the Sales Manager - ET/Urology North, you can expect to be involved in educating, promoting and driving sales of our surgical portfolios across your territory. You will be committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and growing the visibility of our products in your territory.
In addition, you will:
- Achieve sales results from the territory in line with monthly budgets;
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the relevant product range in both operation and application;
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer base making up the territory and have in place an updated territory plan at all times;
- Develop and execute a sales territory plan in line with the marketing strategies in place;
- Prepare weekly sales visits and ensure future activities are planned well in advance; and
- Prepare weekly activity reporting and territory sales forecasts.

What we are looking for:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:
- Proven field sales/ account management experience (experience within medical devices with a combination of Consumable and Capital equipment would be a distinct advantage);
- Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders;
- Enjoy working towards KPIs and targets at a swift pace; and
- Ability to negotiate at all levels with a genuine desire to deliver service-excellence at all times;
- Ability to travel on a regular basis given the territory and portfolio requirements.
