What the role looks like.
We are seeking a full-time Experienced Butcher to join the busy team at our facility in Moorabbin for our afternoon shift that is from 5 pm until approximately midnight / 1 am. Your focus will be on preparing quality products for our retail stores in preparation for sale to our retail customers.
- Preparation of products in a temperature-controlled environment including cutting, trimming and slicing
- Maintaining general department cleanliness
- Compliance will all relevant legislation, including Food Safety and Occupational Health and Safety
- Uphold and maintain uniform standards
Applicants must have:
- Experienced Butcher, qualifications preferred.
- Committed to learning our products and being able to handle working in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who prides themselves on detail
