Tasks & responsibilities
- General butcher tasks
- Cutting and trimming
- Accurate portion cutting
- Boning lamb legs, lamb shoulders, turkeys and chickens
- Bandsaw operation
- Lifting up to 30kg
- Early Starts
- Monday to Friday - No weekend work.
