If you are proficient in Best Practice, have a good understanding of Medicare and looking for a great opportunity this may be the position for you to join our team.
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Medical Receptionist for a GP surgery in Norwood. As the primary point of contact within the practice you will be required to provide timely, friendly and professional patient care and support. Working hours are between 8.00am and 10.30pm Monday to Sunday. Flexibility an advantage as you need to cover sick leave and holiday leave.
To succeed in this role you will need to:-
- Have an excellent telephone manner.
- Professional appearance.
- Interact with patients in a manner of the highest level of customer service.
- Demonstrated proven experience within a MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST role.
- Be a true team player.
- Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality,
- Show empathy towards patients.
You will join a team of professionals dedicated to strong work ethics and values, with the ability to deal with difficult situations and problem solve.
Experience in Best Practice software would be essential.
