We are casual dining restaurant located in Top Ryde City Shopping centre that caters for breakfast, Lunch and dinner. Qualifications & experience
- Minimum three years’ experience as Chef role
- Certificate IV in commercial cookery or similar qualification
- Have worked in a busy and high-pressured restaurant
- Good communication and leadership skill
- Demonstrate high level of cleanliness
- Must be available full time, including weekends
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working Closely with Head Chef
- Team Player
- Working on Fryer, grill
- Need to be available on weekends.
- In charge of day to day running of the kitchen as well as functions
- Keeping food cost within the budget
- Maintaining relationship with suppliers
- Rostering kitchen staff
- Ordering, rotating, and managing stock
- Creating and updating with menu
