AddressThis role is very hands on in a fast past kitchen. We are a family run hotel with a strong focus on the individual customers experience whist dining with us. The role will be best suited to someone with a passion for food and excellent service. We are looking to secure a long term chef/cook Must have experience with a busy grill and bring your own ideas to add to what we have.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook;
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually;
- Ability to multitask and assist where required; and
Production of large quantities of high quality fillings. - Ensure all Health and Safety procedures are followed
- Have a passion for fresh & great food
- Strong experience with commercial cooking equipment
- Ensuring all food safety and product specifications are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- The ability to manage the receiving and storing of stock, and accurate stock rotation
