Throughout our hotel group we have several opportunities for kitchen staff ranging from head chefs, sous Chefs and line cooks.
We are looking for people with:

- References of past similar employment
- Enthusiasm and grit
- Reliability
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- 3 years experience as cook and at least 5 years for chef.
- Trade certificate to support qualifications.
Responsibilities include:
- Cooking and plating of all meals
- Supervision of kitchen teams and productivity
- HR and rosters.
- Menu development/innovation and GP performance
- Preparation
- Handling stock for deliveries and stocktaking
- Orders and managing costs.
- Quality assurance and maintaining standards
- Creating weekly and daily specials
