Join Hays now Your new company Hays is in partnership with a large range of accommodation and catering service providers operating throughout Western Australia for mostly onshore vacancies. We are in high demand and currently needing experienced DIDO chefs to work across many of our small sites. Your new role You will need to be a Trade-Qualified Chef possessing a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). These are bulk catering positions, and you will be required to work both day and night shifts, on sites ranging from 300-600 within the Bunbury region. These are generally 5 days on and 2 days off or, alternatively, 10 days on and 2 days off. You will be required to drive up to the site and will be working 9-10hr per day. What you'll need to succeed
Be Trade Qualified with Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
Have or be able to obtain a current National Police Clearance (valid within 3 months)
At least 3 months FIFO Chef experience or extensive bulk cooking experience
Provide 2 contactable references
Be able to pass a medical with a fitness assessment and consistent drug and alcohol tests
Must have a white card and a safe food handling certificate
Situated in WA.
Needs to have a valid licence and vehicle
