Kids Capers Childcare is on the lookout for passionate Lead Educators both studying or experienced Diploma Qualified to join our staff on a Permanent- Part-time and/or full-time basis.
Join our service for 4 days or more a week, with a dedicated Educational Leader to assist you in your program. In addition to this, we also have multiple events throughout the year that are dedicated to staff wellness, including giveaways, competitions, provided meals, wellness and relaxation days… + so much more!

Duties& responsibilities:
- Confidently lead a room and provide support to other educators
- Provide nurturing care for children
- Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
- Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs
- Evaluate effectiveness of different programs
- Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment
- Assist children with personal hygiene routines
Requirements & experience:
- Prior experience in a Lead Educator role is ideal but not required
- Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Current Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management
- Current Working with Children Check
- Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
- Effective interpersonal skills with parents and other educators
- Comfortability in a collaborative teaching environment
