The successful applicants will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Riding Skills: Ability to ride 8 – 10 horses per morning, with a strong emphasis on riding pace/timed work.
Training Expertise: Proven ability to train and educate a variety of horses, including young and inexperienced horses, colts, and seasoned racehorses. Experience in barrier education, jumpouts, and timed Fast Work is essential.
Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to take instructions from various individuals and exhibit a high level of communication.
Team Player: Must be capable of working effectively and efficiently both as part of a team and independently.
