We are an end-to-end supply chain, spanning from livestock production through to branded-retail ready products, some of which you may have seen on your supermarket shelves.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The Assistant Livestock Administration Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations for the Livestock team. This role needs to be able to attend our office based in Toowoomba for the first few months for training purposes.
Your Primary Responsibilities will Include
- Organise Livestock bookings and scheduling.
- Commercial document preparation (producer confirmations).
- Primary plant communication and logistics.
- NVD and NLIS compliance and management.
- Producer certification compliance (primary plants, and on farm).
- Production liaison- livestock scheduling.
- Carcass data management.
- Invoicing and accounts work.
- Data management and preparing data for analysis and reporting
Skills & Experience
- Excellent computer literacy and experience with the Microsoft suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capability.
- Punctual and well presented.
- Ability to liaise with clients via email, phone, and in-person.
- Prior administration experience an advantage, but not a necessity.
- Strong attention to detail.
