Job Title:Experienced Forklift Operator - Yard and Warehouse

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Forklift Operator with yard and warehouse experience to fuel our growth. Your key responsibilities will be the smooth operation of our warehouse and Yard functions including the loading/unloading of incoming and outgoing freight vehicles on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts for the loading and unloading of freight.
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Perform order picking for daily deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
• Manage stock by organising and storing materials within the yard and warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimum performance.
• Participate in inventory counts as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a forklift in a yard and warehouse environment.
• Current forklift certification/license.
• Proficiency in inventory management.
• Excellent coordination skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and operational procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong physical condition and endurance, able to lift heavy items and remain on feet for an extended period.
• willing to undergo a Pre-Employment Medical Check
