Experienced Gaming Attendants - South Australian Hotel
We are on the look out for experienced and knowledgeable individuals to be part of the gaming team at the newly renovated South Australian Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operation of our gaming facility
- Engage with customers in an approachable and professional manner, providing extraordinary service in an authentic environment
- Adherence to gaming regulations and requirements
- Process accurate payments amongst other cash-handling/cashier duties
- Maintain a clean and organised gaming area, including replenishing supplies as needed
- Adhere to all hospitality regulations and guidelines, including responsible service of alcohol practices
- Collaborate with all bar, wait and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the venue
- Competently handle machine and game errors whilst maintaining a professional manner
- Available for night-time and/or weekends as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring cleaning and equipment maintenance meets hotel standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment while remaining calm and friendly
- Mindfulness and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and show initiative
- Basic Gaming certification is required
