Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Collaborate effectively with other members of the Kitchen Team to ensure the timely preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
⦁ Utilize your expertise in ordering and maintaining stock to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.
⦁ Work closely with the chef and management team to coordinate food preparation, service, and presentation.
⦁ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
⦁ Assist with menu planning, food costing, and portion control as needed.
Requirements:
⦁ At least 5 years of proven experience in a kitchen environment, with a strong background in culinary operations.
⦁ Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues.
⦁ Experience with ordering, inventory management, and stock control in a fast-paced food service environment.
⦁ Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
⦁ Ability to work efficiently under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
