With advancements in electro-hydraulic systems, our Control Systems Group also provides full in-house design and manufactured systems.

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing telephone and e-mail sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and converting business contacts into sales. You will work closely with Territory Sales Managers/Branch Manager to ensure superior customer service and cultivate strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound communication (phone, email, fax) for sales quotes and orders.
  • Providing technical support and referring complex queries to relevant teams.
  • Monitoring customer credit statuses and product stock levels.
  • Processing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilizing ERP for stock ordering and tracking.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining updated product knowledge.
  • Proactively converting inquiries into sales.
  • Creating part numbers, bills of materials, and sourcing external products.
  • Seeking out new market opportunities and assisting in various sales and operational tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in high-volume customer service with a technical focus.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific knowledge, particularly in mining, transport, or agriculture is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective customer interactions.
  • Strong numeracy skills for handling technical and financial aspects of customer inquiries.
