Experienced Leading Hand

Greenview Scapes is an award-winning landscape construction business based in Hobart, seeking a Leading Hand to join our crew! We cover a range of commercial and domestic landscape construction projects including building pools.

As the Leading Hand you will be required to take responsibility for all onsite activities, including coordination of labour and materials. This position will require you to take ownership of each job, being on the tools managing the job from start to finish. You will need to use your initiative to keep the job running smoothly and solve any issues as they arise. To be successful in this position you will need:

• Prior experience in the construction industry, with proven experience as a Leading Hand or managing your own jobs.
• Excellent time management skills.
• The ability to motivate other staff.
• Be able to remain focused under pressure.
• Proven ability to problem solve.
• A manual drivers licence.

Experience in landscape construction and pool construction is a bonus, but not essential. A competitive remuneration package is available for the right applicant.
