Role Overview: Tringrove Industries is on the lookout for a seasoned Leading Hand to oversee our ambitious team of over 10 concreters. This pivotal role is designed for individuals who not only possess a solid foundation in concrete work but also demonstrate exceptional leadership and organizational skills, particularly in managing large-scale commercial or residential projects.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced Leadership: Prior experience in a similar leadership role within the concrete or construction industry would be highly beneficial.
- Technical Proficiency: Capable of reading and interpreting plans to ensure projects are executed accurately.
- Crew Management: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a crew of 10+ concreters, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
- Reliability and Punctuality: A strong sense of responsibility and time management to keep projects on schedule.
- Inspirational Leadership: Be a role model for newcomers, setting a positive example and promoting a high standard of work ethic and professionalism.
- Proactive Attitude: Possesses a 'can do' attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on and motivate others to do the same.
- Project Management: Skilled in job set-out, planning, running, and completing projects within allocated budgets and timeframes.
- Documentation Accuracy: Ensures precise recording of materials and time logs for accurate invoicing.
