Experienced Mortgage Broker

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Mortgage Broker to help clients secure home loans for property purchases. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage process, assessing their financial situations, providing them with mortgage options and ultimately securing the best possible rates and terms for their loans. The Mortgage Broker will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct clients meeting to assess and determine mortgage requirements.

Work with a variety of lenders to obtain the best rates and terms for clients.

Advise clients on the best mortgage products and structures that suit their needs.

Prepare loan package and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Develop and maintain relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Stay current on industry regulations and changes.

Requirements:

Active Mortgage Broker license.

At least 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker.

Knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations and lending practices.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
