Form of work The Sanctuary is an NDIS service hidden in the beautiful leafy suburb of Tingira Heights.
We are looking for Staff who are excited about making a difference in our Participant's lives and achieving positive outcomes through unique & innovative person-centred support.

About The Role:
As a casual Direct Support Worker you will provide support to our Participants at our Tingira Heights location. (www.thesanctuary.net.au)
Key aspects of the role are to promote Participant independence, individual skills, increase capacity and create a positive environment for growth, health and holistic well-being.
The successful candidate will have:
Enthusiasm to work in a developing Team and service.
An understanding of what it means to support in a way that respects our Participant's rights, dignity, values, beliefs, and personal goals.
Ability to communicate effectively.
A positive attitude and willingness to both learn and teach their fellow Team mates.
Ability to complete sleep over and active shifts.
Ability to work afternoons and weekends.
Essential criteria:
NDIS Worker Check
Current First Aid Certificate
NSW Drivers Licence with your own comprehensively insured car
Mandatory certifications applicable to NDIS
