We are a diverse and inclusive social enterprise and we are actively seeking all types of Support Workers across the Central Coast, and right now we have specific requirements for males and females who are comfortable and experienced in delivering personal care and more complex supports, including the lifting and transfer of higher needs and less mobile clients. How you contribute to our mission
Offering one-on-one support and connection people with disability or aging clients, assisting with their daily needs, helping them to remain in their own homes where they want to be; living their best life.
This may be taking our customers to health appointments, meal preparation, providing social support, or helping them stay on top of their household tasks.
For those who have a qualification, it will be a wider variety of supports, including Personal Care, Medication prompting, and assisting with some more complex needs.
If you have previous industry experience in disability or aged care, and wide availability through the week, we would love to hear from you. If you are available week ends, and also particularly the early starts or late finishes of the day, please reach out, as we may be able to suit your availability as well.
We have flexible employment options that will get you out around the Central Coast, meeting people who will thank you each day because you have truly made their day!
With a mix of casual and permanent rates, plus all the extras, our Support Workers earn around $30/hr (base rates start at $26.18, plus additional first aid allowance, and mobile phone allowance for all Support Workers). Public Holidays pay over $65/hr! On top of that we throw in some extra Accuro allowances and all the award-based allowances!

• Aged Care; Home and Community Care; Disability; or Individual Support - Cert 3 or above
• Assistant in Nursing (AIN)

Required Credentials
• First Aid (renewable every 3 years)
• CPR Certification (renewable annually)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NWSC) Valid for 5 years
• NSW Driver’s license
• Direct customer facing roles are required to comply with the vaccination mandates for the industry as defined by the NDIS, NSW Health and Ministry of Health and Aged Care
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements in customer care
• Knowledge and application of safe manual handling practices
