We have flexible employment options that will get you out around the Central Coast, meeting people who will thank you each day because you have truly made their day! At the moment we have a specific need for workers who can include Fridays in their work schedule, and we have a current need for Males in the South Coast area, but all workers.in all parts of the coast are welcome to apply as we may be able to offer other work.
How you will contribute to our mission
Offering one-on-one support and connection to clients experiencing disability or aging, assisting with their daily needs, helping them to remain in their own homes where they prefer to be; living their best life.
This may be taking our clients to health appointments, doing meal preparation, providing social support, or helping them stay on top of their household tasks.
For those who have an industry relevant qualification, it will be a wider variety of supports, including Personal Care, Medication prompting, and assisting with some more complex needs.
If you hold any of the below qualifications, you could be starting immediately!
• Aged Care Cert 3 or above
• Home and Community Care Cert 3 or above
• Disability Cert 3 or above
• Individual Support Cert 3 or above
• Assistant in Nursing (AIN)
Permanent rates for industry certified applicants, start at $26.18 with Public Holidays paying over $70/hr! On top of that we throw in some additional Accuro allowances and all the award-based allowances, bumping up your hourly rate significantly!

Highly desirable:
Previous experience as a Disability Care Worker, Home Care Worker, Aged Care Worker, Community Support Worker, or Elder Care Assistant, Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
Accuro Homecare provides ongoing training and support to enable you to confidently fulfil the requirements of the role.

Required Credentials
• First Aid (renewable every 3 years)
• CPR Certification (renewable annually)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NWSC) Valid for 5 years
• NSW Driver’s license
• Direct customer facing roles are required to comply with the vaccination mandates for the industry as defined by the NDIS, NSW Health and Ministry of Health and Aged Care
• Understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements in customer care
• Knowledge and application of safe manual handling practices
