Experienced Property Manager -Routine Officer

A Casual or Part-time position as Routine Inspection Officer. This position is to help out in our busy Real Estate Office and will be for 3 days a week (preferably not Friday).

Please only apply if you have a current Property Management Licence and have experience in routine inspections. 

A vehicle is provided for office use.

The position advertised includes;

• 2 days routine inspections using software program ‘Inspection Express’ compatible with Real Estate Manager (MultiArray)
• 1 day of mixed property management duties

The applicants must have;

• Experience in Property Management with a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Legislation
• Experience undertaking routine inspections
• typing skills 40wpm > 
• Proficient in using  Microsoft programs
