Our client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their growing team.
Full-time working rights are essential to be considered.
- Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of 1 day per week in the office (post training).
- Competitive Salary: $44.00 per hour + super.
- Immediate Start: Initial 12-month contract with potential to extend/convert to perm.
As our Accounts Payable Officer, you will:
- Review and process vendor invoices (both domestic and international).
- Handle supplier queries, concerns, and onboarding.
- Manage several AP inboxes.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Complete month-end tasks (bank reconciliation and asset register management).
- Perform other ad hoc accounting duties.
To be considered:
- Experienced: 3+ years in Accounts Payable.
- Local Expert: Familiar with AU legislation.
- Communicative: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Resilient: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous: Excellent attention to detail.
- Tech-Savvy: Advanced Excel skills.
