You will be supported with an experienced team of real estate professionals with great systems and processes in place for you to learn how to become a superstar agent!

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with clients, and prospecting new customers through various channels including cold calling, door knocking, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all clients
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs set by the agent
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Prospecting new customers through various channels including cold calling & door knocking
- Managing potential buyers and their requirement
- Learning the skills required to become an independent agent
- Providing local area knowledge to clients
- Working as part of a team to achieve team goals
- Participating in regular training sessions to stay up to date on new sales techniques
- 6+ Months experience in a similar sales role with KPI's
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Passion for real estate and excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate/Licence is a requirement
