The Position
Incredibly versatile role, which will see you learn every part of the sales process and be a part of a vibrant and growing agency.
The successful applicant will possess;
- Drive, Passion and Enthusiasm
- Excellent personal presentation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be proactive
- Have excellent multi-tasking, organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Ability to learn marketing, face to face presentations, cold calling, database marketing, lead generation and sales skills
- Love working within a team, and possess a fun and energetic personality
Duties will include;
- Sales Associate duties for the leading salesperson in the Bundaberg Office
- Managing and booking appointments
- Preparing proposals and associated documentation
- Client management
- Keeping Clients updated on developments through the campaign from exchange to settlement (and beyond!)
- Responding to purchaser inquiries and qualifying buyers
- Delivering impeccable customer service to clients and buyers
- Marketing
- Lead generation
- Database cultivation
- Open homes and face to face client servicing
