This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. working directly with the developers, the stock is there to sell! On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:
- Attending weekly development meetings
- Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
- Sales administration & compliance
- Liaising with developers and builders
- Database prospecting & cold calls
- Handling all potential buyer enquiries
- Email, appointment and diary management
- Setting up & collecting signboards
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Switched and driven to succeed
- Must have some real estate sales experience
- The desire to have a long-term career in Real Estate Sales
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Join a highly respected real estate brand
- Work closely with well-known developers
- Work out of stunning display suites
