We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Security Supervisorat a Melbourne CBD site to join our team.

The position is a full time, day shift, working Monday to Friday, with a great above award package. 

The Role

The supervisor role is an integral part of the security team onsite who promotes and ensures a positive culture and experience for our staff and clients. In doing so, the supervisor will successfully lead and managing a team of security officers in providing a high level of customer service in managing security services such as CCTV and access systems for a multi-tenanted building in Melbourne CBD.

Skills, Experiences & Attributes 

• Experience in leading a team of security officers
• Experience in managing and coordinating security service requirements
• Possess a high level of motivation, self discipline and conduct
• Possess a high level of interpersonal and customer service skills and experience in public facing roles and dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Procedure development and management experience
• Demonstrated experience in concierge security
• Demonstrated understanding of Work, Health & Safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current drivers license and own reliable transport
• Current Victorian Security License
• Current Level 2 First Aid certificate
