- Be a team player and lead your team on shift
- Supervise general security operation in & outside venues
- Maintain morale and direction of multiple security guards on shift
- Engage with clients on-site and act as a main point of contact
- Solve problems and professionally handle situations arising
- Exhibit a friendly demeanor when engaging with customers, clients & management
- Valid Security License
- Previous experience in security supervising operations
- Weekend availability is a non negotiable
- Full working rights in Australia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility with hours
- Drivers License + Car
- Can-do attitude
