About the Role:
We are seeking to employ efficient and motivated Site Admin with attention to detail who can work as part of a good cultured team.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
- Basic recruitment duties, onboarding etc.
- Excellent attention to detail, diligence and willingness to learn
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance and HR.
- Prepare all training documents for your crew
- Book accommodation
- Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Site Administration experience.
- Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical
