Position 3: Guest Services Agent (Reception Admin Duties)
Successful applicant will be provided with a rental allowance to reside on Site in order to provide after hours support.

The position
Position 1: Caretaker
- Report to the building manager
- Perform Caretaking duties for two complexes located nearby
- Performing scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasks
- Cleaning of common areas
- Council bins management
- Managing external contractors
- Light garden duties
- Managing pool area, water testing, cleaning of pool area, BBQ area
- Proactively reporting on potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating these where required
Position 2: Housekeeping
- Report to the Resort Manager
- Responsible for departure cleaning as per roster.
Position 3: Guest Services Agent / Reception Admin
- Report to the Resort Manager
- Assist the front desk enquiries, guest check in / out, accommodation bookings etc
- You may be required to work weekends subject to roster.
Skills and Experience
- Min 2 years of relevant experience preferable.
- Able to Live on Site and work independently.
