Reporting to the Depot Supervisor, your role will include:
- Customer Service - email/phone/over the counter
- Ensuring staff annual inductions are up to date.
- Managing production requests, ensuring that the production boards onsite are kept up to date with changes throughout the day
- Invoicing
- Fleet Scheduling
- Prepare and display safety messaging on behalf of operations
- Collating Production sheets daily
- Stocktake
- Pallet Audit
- General administration & coordination of matters relating to production administration and operations in the business.
Ideally, you will have a proven background in administration or coordination - having ideally worked in a manufacturing / industrial environment providing administration support to Operations:
- Strong general administration skills
- Enjoy working in a Team Environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and complete tasks on time
- Great co-ordination skills with the ability to liaise with a range of supervisors and managers in a business to manage information, data input and updating of systems (online or otherwise)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent time management skills
