ADMIN OFFICER / SITE ADMINISTRATOR – PERMANENT PART TIME
A family owned and operated company; WHF Constructions is based in Mackay, Queensland. The company has forged an enviable reputation for delivering excellence on a large range of construction projects including large scale residential developments, commercial buildings, office complexes, mine site infrastructure and expansion projects for schools and marinas.
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator / Administration Officer to join our team as soon as possible. Based at our head office in Mackay, this job will be required for Monday to Friday - 5 hour days (School Hours).
Administration Officer Duties
- Reception duties such as greeting clients and answering phones
- Mail Collection and Bank Drops
- Stationary and Grocery orders
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Raising client Contracts
- Council Applications
Site Administrator Duties
- Site office set up
- Safety Management plans / Site Documentation Management
- Weekly site visits
- Manage subcontractor requirements
- Direct assistance to Project Managers and Site Foreman
Requirements
- Knowledge of the MYOB Advanced program is a great advantage
- Experience in Construction Administration
- Knowledge of Safety Management Systems and Document Control
- Prior knowledge of Council Applications
- A very high attention to detail with pride in the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Able to work in a team environment with strong communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Quick learner
