Site-based Administration role
Monday to Friday Roster
About the Role:
WorkPac is currently seeking a Administration Assistant for our leading mining client. This role is for an immediate start for an initial 12 month duration, Monday to Friday roster, based within Moranbah with the Central Queensland Office (CQO) next to Peak Downs Mine .
Duties and Responsibilities:
Be first of contact for visitors and new starters at CQO
Conduct CQO Inductions for new starters and provide Visitor cards for day visitors
Ensure 5S practices are adhered to and report non compliances to CQO Area Owner
Create Maintenance tickets for CQO building and follow through until closure of requests
Effectively perform the role and responsibilities of a workplace Fire Warden.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Training Management System
Review and maintain Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) documentation and document control submissions
Provision of support such as meetings, workshops, audits, training sessions and other administrative support to Superintendent Site Systems
Training administrative matters including scanning, renaming and uploads of documents
General administrative duties as directed by Superintendent Site Systems
Skills and Experience:
Courageous conversation when required
Meticulous attention to detail â uploading training and SHMS documentation
Act as a Fire Warden in the event of an emergency at CQO
