Bask started in Eumundi in 2020 and quickly ascended to be one of Noosa Hinterlands top destination restaurants. We have recently continued our growth, opening in Peregian Beach Square in November last year. We have continued our culinary success at our new location, being awarded Two Chef's Hats by the AGFG earlier this year.
We work closely with surrounding farms to obtain the best produce the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Changing the menu monthly gives us flexibility to move with the local growers but also keep our creativity and menu focus consistently adapting. We take inspiration from European styles of cooking; integrating Australian native and farmed produce.

Candidates with existing Sous or Head Chef experience will be given preference but a level headed attitude and passion is more important.

- Demonstrated leadership experience within the kitchen
