AddressAPG Workforce are recruiting for an Admin/Office Assistant to join Australia's leader in food service at one of their site locations in Chullora NSW.
Expanding rapidly to meet the demand of an ever-growing customer base, this is Australia’s largest family operated Foodservice company with over 800 company owned trucks and customer service focused drivers making daily deliveries.
This role is a view to permanent, working between Monday-Friday, with flexibility from you to start between 8am or 9am.
This position is looking to commence IMMEDIATELY!!
Key Responsibilities
- General all-round Administration and Office Assistant
- Provide assistance to the payroll team when required, things such as leave forms and security cards.
- Advise relevant staff/departments of any specific customer requirements.
- Follow up on all issues relating to credits.
- Outbound calls as required.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a medium sized business, preferably involving high turnover perishable products and a large number of SKU’s.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great computer skills (including Word, Excel)
- Capable of working under pressure in an exciting team environment
- Show initiative and a positive attitude
