Pool - Full-time vacancy up to 12 months. South Australia Police are currently seeking motivatedapplicants to join our Expiation Notice Branch, who will beresponsible for the initial administrative processing andassessment of EXPIATION NOTICEs and related functions. The Expiation Notice Officer will provide a prompt and accuratelevel of processing and customer service to internal and externalstakeholders in accordance with appropriate legislation,departmental policies, guidelines and procedures.

As an ExpiationNotice Officer, you will have the opportunity to develop byrotating in a number of teams within the Branch which will includerotation in the Expiation Notice Branch Call Centre. About our selection process: Our selection process is ongoing for a period of 12 monthswhereby you’re able to apply at any time for thisopportunity, as we have regular intakes throughout the year, whichwill vary depending on organisational needs.

Proven ability and willingness to consistently provide highlevel customer service in a call centre environment includingdealing with difficult and aggressive callers. Demonstrated experience in communicating effectivelyverbally and in writing with individuals at all levels, bothinternally and externally to an organisation. Demonstrated keyboard skills in the use of large databasesand Microsoft Office Applications including Word and

Excel. Demonstrated ability to interpret rules, regulations,guidelines, instructions and procedures of an administrativenature in order to provide an accurate level of advice. Demonstrated ability to manage a high and varied workload,work under pressure, use initiative, deal with competingpriorities and working under general direction to achieveresults.
