Duty Manager Alice Springs
Wilson Security is seeking a Duty manager to manage the day to day security operations for Cash in Transit, Mobile Patrols and General Security portfolios.

We are a leading security company based in Adelaide and we are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
· Lead and develop a team of Security Officers
· Manage and oversee all security operations for the site
· Train Security Officers on site procedures and protocols.
· Ensure that all security measures are properly implemented and followed by all officers.
· Respond to any security incidents and manage emergency situations.
· Maintain accurate records of security operations and report any incidents to management.
· Collaborate with site management and other departments to address security issues and concerns.
· Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that security standards are being met.
· Monitor and control access to sites, ensuring that only authorised personnel are allowed entry.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
· Possess a current NT Security Industry Licence and First Aid Certificate.
· Experienced leadership and management skills.
· Must have full working rights
