Our client, an ASX-listed Uranium junior, is currently searching for an Exploration Manager to join the leadership team. As Exploration Manager, you will play a key role in leading the company’s exploration efforts, supporting the executive team’s technical decision making and contributing to the discovery of new uranium resources. You will have the opportunity to shape and influence company exploration strategy, from target identification and drilling programs to data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage exploration teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations;
- Develop and execute exploration programs, from project inception to completion;
- Identify high-potential exploration targets and evaluate their economic viability;
- Manage budgets, resources, and equipment to maximise exploration success;
- Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making;
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to optimise exploration efforts;
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and environmental standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Geoscience discipline;
- Prior Uranium exploration experience;
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Strong knowledge of geological software and data analysis tools;
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
