Export Documentation Support 

We are a Food Trading export company situated on the Central Coast looking to employ an experienced Export Documentation Support Officer.

Main job functions would be:

• Preparation of Export Documentation within our logistics/documentation system BSM (Buy Sell Move) – experience with BSM would be highly advantageous          
• Issuance of Halal & Health Certificates and dealing with any other customs/quarantine related requirements
• Despatch of Export Documentation through our online International Banking system
• Manage export shipping/logistic operations within required contract terms
• Liaising with customers, suppliers, transport & shipping companies with regards to co-ordination of orders

Attributes required:

• Ability to multitask, work within a team and independently
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
