Export Documentation Support
We are a Food Trading export company situated on the Central Coast looking to employ an experienced Export Documentation Support Officer.
Main job functions would be:
- Preparation of Export Documentation within our logistics/documentation system BSM (Buy Sell Move) – experience with BSM would be highly advantageous
- Issuance of Halal & Health Certificates and dealing with any other customs/quarantine related requirements
- Despatch of Export Documentation through our online International Banking system
- Manage export shipping/logistic operations within required contract terms
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, transport & shipping companies with regards to co-ordination of orders
Attributes required:
- Ability to multitask, work within a team and independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
