Hours: Full-time, 8:30am - 4:30pm

Your new role
As an Export Documentation Support Officer, you would be responsible for the administration and coordination behind the shipping and logistics of customer orders and deliveries.

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, transport, and shipping companies to ensure smooth order coordination.
• Oversee export shipping and logistics operations, managing orders and deliveries in accordance with contract terms.
• Efficiently prepare Export Documentation within the logistics system BSM (Buy Sell Move).
• Issue Halal & Health Certificates, and handle any other customs and quarantine-related requirements.
• Dispatch Export Documentation through the online International Banking system.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous administration experience or Certificate in Business Administration.
• Experience working in import logistics or shipping industry would be desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in BSM would be highly beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy team environment.
• A positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise your workload.
