Our client is Australasia's leading corrosion mitigation and protection company specialising in all aspects of corrosion prevention. Their Total Asset Protection solutions and services include: Corrosion management; Blasting, painting and remediation of concrete and steel structures; Lining and waterproofing; Carbon Fibre Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) Structural Strengthening; Cathodic Protection (CP); and Pipeline Electrical Hazard Assessments.
About the roles:
- Industrial Spray Painters
- Painters
- Trade Assistants
- Brush Hands
- Cleaners
- Abrasive Cleaners
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Surface and paint preparation.
- Industrial painting and blasting.
- Usage of equipment's and hand power tools.
- General manual handling/ labour duties.
- Working in confined spaces/ at heights.
Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in painting-decorating / Roller/brush.
- Surface preparation including use of small tools.
- Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
- High Risk Tickets e.g. FL, EWP, confined space (desirable)
- Hold a current National Police Clearance
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including Drug and Alcohol screen.
