The Role
We are looking for a leader with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a commitment to health and fitness. As our Munno Parra Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the excellence of our customer service and fitness teams in our largest location yet, ensuring a dynamic and engaging environment for both members and staff.
Your responsibilities in this role include (but are not limited to):
- Guiding and mentoring staff to improve efficiency.
- Building a sense of community through culture.
- Driving membership and retail sales to meet monthly targets.
- Championing our policies, business practices, and processes.
- Overseeing the gym's cleanliness, maintenance, and overall operations.
- Handling HR duties, including: rostering, performance reviews, and one-on-ones.

There are some eligibility criteria required to succeed:
- Minimum two years of management experience from any industry is welcomed!
- Experience managing in a high-volume environment is preferred.
- Customer service experience and strong administration skills.
- Holds a current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
