We’re seeking seasoned Rail Professionals with demonstrated expertise in the following positions:
- Rail Systems Manager
- Signalling Lead
- Power Systems Lead (specializing in HV Substations)
- Senior Project Engineer – OHLE
- Rail Integration Manager
- Quality Assurance & Commissioning Manager

About You
As an integral part of our team, you will be expected to work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs and contribute to the success of our projects.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, such as Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in rail engineering or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience within the construction or heavy engineering sectors.
- Proficiency in rail delivery.
- Competence in planning, organising work schedules, and delivering to timelines.
- The confidence to influence others and gain their commitment.
- A solid understanding of HS&E requirements.
- Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
