We are seeking passionate Graduate Behaviour Support Practitioners to join our industry-leading, structured Graduate Program and bring our values to life. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

Our SA office and team
- In the heart of the action on Prospect Road with plentiful options for lunch.
- A 3-minute drive in either direction for Percy Street Park or Bragg Park for those who bring their pup into work.
- A unique caseload in the area including: OT: x5 - Mainly paeds and ECA, continue to aim to expand the paeds space.
- Regular team-bonding events, including trivia, lunches and drinks after work!
- Two weeks of Graduate specific onboarding including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab
- A Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into fulltime work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner at Better Rehab, your day could include:
- Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their behaviours and needs, designing Behaviour Support plans and advocating on their behalf.
- Providing ongoing support and intervention aligned to the prescribed Behaviour Support Plans as well as recommendations for plan amendments.
- Undertake individual therapy or training sessions with participants and their families.
- Making a bigger difference to participants with a range of conditions aged 0 to 65, including complex care, intellectual disabilities, communication difficulties, mental health and behaviours of concern.
- Training and supporting providers and families to implement Behaviour Support plan strategies
- Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team

About you
- You are passionate about making a difference!
- You have tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or Applied Behaviour Analysis with a graduation date in 2023 or 2024
- A willingness to learn and upskill in restrictive practices and the NDIS quality and safeguards commission framework'
- You embody Better Rehab’s values
- You have your own car and a valid driver’s license
- You can provide evidence of relevant rights to work as well as proof of COVID vaccinations
