ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for passionate Assistants in Nursing (AIN) to join our growing team - permanent and casual positions available.  Your will provide individualised and respectful personal care assistance to our residents in aged care to enhance their everyday living circumstances.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive care and assistance to residents in accordance with individual care plans 
• Completion of appropriate documentation and reporting to Registered and Enrolled Nurses when required
• Complying with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, performance standards, and Customer Service Quality standards 
• Administering of medications as per medication manual when required

KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support
• Working rights within Australia
• National Police Clearance less than 6 months old or NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current Influenza Statement
• Minimum three doses of Covid 19 Vaccination
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Highly developed presentation skills, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate in a team environment
• Effective organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
