We are a locally owned and operated business, specialising in providing quality made-to-measure waterproofing products and services. That's why we've been working hard to deliver specialist waterproofing services throughout Brisbane and the South-East Queensland region since 1998. We take the same approach to our staff in providing made to measure training and flexibility with minimum staff turnover, we believe this has created a great place to learn and work.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have some experience with Accounting Software Systems preferably with MYOB
- Must have a confident and courteous phone manner
- Must be willing to learn and grow with the position
- Must be able to work in a small office environment and autonomously
- Grade 12 education or equivalent work history preferred
Tasks & responsibilities
- Invoicing - MYOB
- Maintain Accounting Software System - MYOB
- Maintain Customer, Job Bookings & Quoting in house Databases - Excel & Word (Microsoft Edge)
- Create Compliance Certificates
- Phone Receptionist and adhoc office duties
