We are seeking passionate Graduate Physiotherapists to join our industry-leading, structured 12-month Graduate Program and bring our values to life. You will be supported across all steps of your journey to develop and strengthen your clinical expertise across the NDIS and the community.

Our QLD office and team 
  • Multiple offices and opportunities across QLD including Sunshine Coast, Chermside, North Lakes, Springwood, Stones Corner, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Helensvale

Industry-leading 12-month Graduate Program  
  • Your first two weeks of onboarding are targeted towards making your first grad role seamless! Including a comprehensive introduction to community practice, the NDIS and life at Better Rehab 
  • A Supervisor to help you navigate all areas of working with Better Rehab, including your transition into fulltime work within your new office. They will also provide clinical support within the NDIS and your caseload

About your new role 
As a New Graduate Physiotherapist at Better Rehab, your day could include: 
  • Visiting NDIS participants, assessing their needs, designing and implementing therapy plans and interventions, trialling and prescribing assistive technology, and advocating on their behalf.  
  • Making a bigger difference to participants within your diverse caseload of neurological, progressive neurological and disability participants. Your caseloads will include participants with multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, post stroke, amputations, motor neuron disease and so much more.  
  • Working with participants to improve balance, range of movement, posture and muscle strength  
  • Conducting hydrotherapy sessions or completing respiratory assessments and treatments.  
  • Completing postural assessments and trialling assistive technology such as standing frames and manual wheelchairs.  
  • Liaising with support coordinators, local area coordinators and equipment providers  
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team to find the best outcomes for your participants.  
  • Completing progress reports and recommendations for the NDIS.  
  • Taking advantage of exceptional personal development opportunities

About you  
  • You are passionate about making a difference! 
  • You have tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy with a graduation date in 2023 or 2024 
  • You embody Better Rehab’s values 
  • You have your own car and a valid driver’s license 
  • You can provide evidence of relevant registrations and proof of COVID vaccinations
